These terms govern subscriptions to the WidgetStars service, sold by Marina Gonzalez EI (French sole trader, SIRET 811 906 775 00044, 40 rue de l'Amandière, 77840 Coulombs-en-Valois, France), hereinafter "the Seller", which lets customers display public Google business reviews on a website using widgets.
Prices are in euros, exclusive of tax. VAT not applicable under article 293 B of the French General Tax Code. The Seller may change its prices; any change is notified at least 30 days before it applies to the next period.
A first subscription includes a 14-day free trial. A payment method is required at sign-up; nothing is charged during the trial. Unless cancelled before the trial ends, the subscription starts automatically.
Payment is made by card via Stripe, in advance, for the chosen period (month or year). The subscription renews automatically for the same period. Invoices are available in the customer area.
Customers can cancel at any time from their customer area. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current, already paid period, without pro-rata refund. If a payment fails, widgets remain visible for 7 days and are then suspended until payment is made.
Consumers have a 14-day withdrawal period from subscription. As the free trial covers this period, nothing is owed if they withdraw before it ends. The service is mainly intended for businesses.
Customers warrant that they are entitled to display the reviews of the businesses they connect (their own business, or one they act for with its operator's consent) and shall not use the service in breach of the law or of Google's terms of service.
The Seller uses reasonable means to keep the service available, without guaranteeing uninterrupted operation. Review content comes from Google and its authors. The number of available reviews depends on the Google API. The Seller's liability is limited to the amount paid by the customer over the previous 12 months.
See the privacy policy.
These terms are governed by French law. An amicable solution will be sought first; consumers may use a consumer mediator free of charge. Failing that, the competent courts are those of the Seller's domicile, unless mandatory law provides otherwise.
